Message Replying To From Katie, Age 13 Hey everyone, I'm 13, I am 5'5 and I weigh 110 pounds. I am pretty happy with my body except for one thing: I seem to gain a lot of weight in my inner thighs. I exercise a lot, but I don't know of any exercises that help tone down thighs. Also, are there certain foods that are making my thighs big? Please help. Love, Kate |
