Message Replying To From Mags, Age 12 Well since I last posted I've been drinkiong lots of water and on Monday I promised myself I would go to the recreation centre everyday and run a mile! Well I can't quite run a mile BUT what I do is I alternate! I do one lap running, one lap walking, run, walk just like that until I do a mile! I actually have fun doing it too because afterwards I'm really energized and stuff :) And I feel so proud of myself! BTW I'm 5'8" and 180lbs I lost 1 pound last week! :D |
