Well im 13 and i weigh 123 pounds and i want to loose weight but everytime i try to i just forget about it and eat whatever i want to, i need some tips to staying on a diet and some exercises that will take some fat of my hips and thighs, if anybody has any tips and exercises that i can do please email me at CHSmiLe06@aol.com, thank you and good luck!
