Hey, I'm 5'4 and I weigh 148. I'm not really over weight, but I have parts of my body that I don't like. Hips, thighs, and my tush. I would like to know of anyone who could maybe help me get down to a size 7 or 8 (I'm an 11 now). I don't look fat but I feel I am chubby. I know losing weight has to be for yourself and I am doing it for myself. The only problem is, I can't do it by myself. Please help me losse a couple inches if possible. Thanks
