hey guys I just came back from summer camp for 2 weeks. I have been dieting by using the Weight Watchers winning points system. It's really cool and you can eat some really tasty healthy foods. I exercised alot at camp and it was fun. I just started WW a little while ago (June 30th) And I don't know exactly how much I've lost yet but I know I have lost alot because I feel great and look better already. I recommend you join WW it's really good and helpful and the people are so nice! Now I'm getting back into tennis and I practice everyday.
