Hey hey everybody!! Now I know how hard it is to lose this weight!! And for me it was soo hard it took me 3 and a half years to finally stop going onto a diet but by lunch time going "oh ill just have this donut now and go on to the diet tommorow!" Then the next day the same thing would happen i was so sick and tired of this always happening to me! Seriously, You have to realize the reasons for why yr losing the weight and stick to it! For me every morn i eat oats and lunch a low fat sandwich and dinner a chicken breast and 2 small potatoes and some veggies. AND ive lots over 14 lbs remember the only way you can do this is if YOU want it soo much and if you can and will go through a really hard time! I know its so hard to lose wieght but after a week yr body stops getting so many temtations it will still be hard but It does get better!! Remember exercise and diet go hand in hand to = wieght loss you cant do one without the other! I do 30min of biking or fast walking (4km/h) 6 days a week. Dont over do it!! start by doing 20min work yr way up to 30min in two weeks a gym membership is good because then u can use a treamill and its easy to see how fast yr going. FInd a healthy thing u like for me it was tuna! I make myself a tuna sanwich with tomatoe slices everyday, i love it so i wont stop. I still have 12lbs or less left to lose but i know i can do it and i refuse to give up! You can do it to! All i do is think about going shopping and being able to fit into all the hot clothes i couldnt before. Its as easy as that! Everythings hard at the beggining and so is true with dieting! but you get better, (practice makes perfect!) I used to weight 160lbs now i weight under 145lbs and i lost this in a month (i dont know my exact weight because i only weight myself on Sundays and its Wednesday so im not sure) By the sunday coming up im sure ill weight 140lbs and thenby the end of next month i should at least lose another 12lbs im sure of it!! then ill be 128 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WOW!!!!! meaning i can wear a size 7 or 8 instead of size 9 or ten thats a difference and im sure the boys will notice!!!!Email me with questions or if u want to know if yr diets good, Ill be completely honest!
