hey guys. Many of you have been wondering how to lose that extra weight when everything is not working. My first suggestion is to keep a calorie notebook on what you eat and find a websight that has all the foods and the calories that you eat. To lose weight you should eat about 1550 calories per day. After a few months you get into a habit of only eating this much and you can trust yourself enough not to use the journal, but make sure to check up on yourself every once in a while. Make sure that you don't lie to yourself on the calorie content of a food. You'll be suprised at how many calories that you eat in a day. A normal amount is 2100-2200 for a moderatly active person not on a diet. Keep up the good work!!!
