Hey everyone! I'm not quite sure if I'm over weight or not cause I don't know if the scale is correct or not. Plus I do a lot of dance which give me muscle. I would like to know if anyone knew any good excersizes I could do in my home to help me slim down a bit. Lately I've been feeling overweight and I think I am a little bit.
