Message Replying To From Ana, Age 14 i have a lil tip if u are trying to drop ur last pounds or what ever. I noticed that when i weighed myself before i slept and when i wake u i lose 2 pounds. If you dont eat a lot in about 3-4 hours before bed or drink a lot, unless its water, ur loose 2 pounds by morining. every 2 days i try to keep the weight i had in the moring to try to lose another 2 pounds. reply me if it helps. i hope it does! good luck ~ana |
