If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Samiey, Age 15 i currently weigh in about 160 lbs. and i am 5"3'. my goal is to weigh 115-120 lbs. i play softball, i joined a gym last summer, and lately i have been doing pushups, situps, crunchies, leg lifts, etc. my problems don't really lay with my stomach-unfortunately since it is easy to slim a stomach-but in my hips, butt, thighs, and calfs. it's so difficult to lose weight there and i need help! if you have tips on different exercises, diets, or things that worked for you---email me at sam_nyschers@hotmail.com ps-that girl who lost 80lbs over one summer--i really would like to hear how you did it! |
