Hey Yall, What's up? Nothing much here. You need some advise on loosing weight? I have something good to start with. I was over-weight, and I really still am, but I have lost 25 pounds already. Just let off all those 20 ounce drinks, and if you want to you can drink diet drinks. And don't worry about your weight, because it stresses you out, and stress makes you gain weight. I didn't really think that until I saw it for myself, and the thing is, is that everyone wants to wake up one morning and look in the mirror and see themselves 5 or 6 sizes smaller than they were the day before. I know because thats what I thought. It really does take time. I hope this will help you all.
