DONT WONDER WHY I KNOW TONS OF INFO ON WEIGHT LOSS. MY STEP MOTHER IS A NUTRITIONIST. SHES THE ONE WHO HELPED ME LOSS WEIGHT AND HELPS ME BULILD SITES TO HELP OTHERS OUT THERE. I WEIGHED 145 LBS. BEFORE I STARTED MY DIET PLAN. IT IS OK TO USE 500 CALORIES A DAY- IT DEPENDS ON HOW ACTIVE YOU ARE AND I WAS NOT ACTIVE AT ALL. NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THESE DIET PLANS FROM ANYONE- NOT EVEN THAT SCAREY OLD ASHLEY CHIC- BY THE WAY YOU ARE 25 YRS OLD- WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE- THIS IS PEERS HELPING PEERSALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR NUTRITIONIST OR YOUR DOCTOR.
