J_Lynn, Eating less slows down your metabolism. You don't want to lose it too fast because you can gain it back faster. 500 calories is not even close to being enough. One piece of cheese pizza is 500 calories and I dont think thats all that everyone wants to eat every day. Please look at your diet plan a little more carefully. Starving yourself to 500 calories is kind of like being anorexic. My friend died from that diease and I don't want to see that happen to anyone else. So if you are reading this please don't take J_Lynn's advice.~Kelli~
