Message Replying To From james, Age 15 Hey people heres a tip if ur daily calories are too low (1000 or 750) u gain weight this is because less calories slows down ur metabolism so u should try about 2000 a day or 1500 and exercise instead of just 1000.and if u starve urself then once u eat alot again u gain all ur weight back so dont try that either good luck. |
