Okay, the weigh-ins have officially started. I am keeping track of all the weights on my computer. Every week, if someone loses weight, I will post and how much. Please be honest. If you don't lose anything, or even gain, I will not put anything like "so and so gained 10 pounds"... Etc. I will just put losses. So, every week I will post a weigh in message and anyone participating can reply to it. Okie? Let the fat losing begin!!!!!!
