hi! to know how much calories you should eat to lose weight: (your desired weight goal) multiplied by 13. and then subtract 500. thats how many! say you wanna be 100 lbs. so you 100x13=1300, and sub. 500. i got this from a site and i am not sure whether it would worl but i guess its worth a try cause shes some diet guru and fitness fiend.
