If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Brittany, Age 16 Last week I had lost ten pounds then gained three back for a total of 7 pounds lost. This week i have only lost 1 pound and keep gaining it and losing it again. I am eating pretty healthy and ony have two meals a day and two snacks. I exercise everynight for about 30 min. Do any of you have any tips on how to lose weight? Or any exercise techniques? Oh by the way i am 5'5 and 199 lbs. I really dont wanna go back over two hundred.......
