if some of you are over weight (or have somthing to do with weight) then i suggest u should read the book "chicken soup for the teenage soul on tough stuff" it is a really good book and talks about stuff like depresion, drugs, eating disorders, desises, and life lessons. it also list ways of how u know that u have depresion or a eating disorder. it is very helpful if you think u are depress or have a eating dis order and other stuff in life.
