Message Replying To From Brandon, Age 14 Ok, about people saying that you should have just soup or salad. Sticking to one type of food is VERY UNHEALTHY. try eating five small meals throughout the day instead of 3, also, go home and eat throughout a normal day and count all the calories, then subtract 750 calories from that, if you eat that much its great for weight loss. and you should also eat a meal instead of snacks, have a sandwich(not peanut butter and jelly!, but ham cheese lettuce tamoto) and a glass of water, lots of water, the multiple meal thing speeds up your motabilism and you get energy throughout the hole day istead of 3 huge gulps of energy, because why would you wanted a 3rd of the days energy before you went to bed? also, go outside! eat afterschool, then play basketball, go swimming, or stay home and do pushups and situps inbeetween commercial breaks, a good work out is the key. And dont stop when your about to get tired stop working out when you cant go on, at all!!!!! Thats the key to success, its hard but it works!!!!! GOOD :LUCK |
