wow...i remember coming here a while back. anyways..its been a year now since i've commited to losing weight. i've done it at a gradual pace, and so far i've went from 186 lbs to 136 lbs, 50 lbs! i still want to lose about 11 lbs to i can be a nice 125 lbs. eating right, drinking water and exercising, three essential things. if anyone wants help, e-mail me @ princesskaryn85@cox.net good luck all!
