Message Replying To From Sukey, Age 15 hey im a 15 year old female...and im about 5 foot 4- 5 foot 5...some where between there...and im 128 pounds...ive never really been overweight...i just want to lose some pounds...my goal is to lose 10 pounds! and nothin is working!! i work out 3-4 times a week...for about 40 mins....and ive been doin this for like 2 months now!! and ive been eatin healthy-normal as well...anybody have any ideas on how to lose weight faster? if so plz email me at sukhjot_13@hotmail.com....thanks! |
