Hi, I'm 13 and weigh 48 kg ( 7st 10) I am v. fat and need to lose weight. The problem is i am asthmatic so running, a gym, and walking are out of the question. I also can't get to a pool to swim. Combined with a healthy diet, what exersizes can i do at home that are REALLY effective? Thanks Emmi
