Hey guys! i just thought i would give u guys this lil tip. my mom is on this diet. its not even that restricting. it goes like this... you have to eat atleast 4 fruits, 4 veggies, 2 protien (only grilled meats, NOT FRIED!), and you can have 2 startches. it seems like alot of food at first but then your body gets used to it. also, you have to have to have to drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day. believe me, it works. ive lost 5 bls in 4 days. eventually it slows down a lil.its good to try to not eat junk food either. try to eat as much veggies,fruits,and protien as possible. i know it sounds stupid but i read in a magazine that our bodies are made to eat fruits and veggies and protien, not chips or icecream. my mom has lost 20bls already. also, try to do something that gets you sweatn. even if its just walkn, whatever works for you. ive found that the tae-bo workout tapes are easy and fun to do. i just hope this has helped someone out there.plus you dont have to cut ne thing in half b/c all the stuff your eatn is good for u! lol good luck everyone.
