This is to whom ever can respond. I am on the fat flush plan and it says to take 1 tbl. flaxseed oil. Well my mom bought me Omega-3 Flax Oil. It is Very high in fat calories. It has 130 cal. and the fat cal. is 130!!! Did she buy the right stuff?? PLEASE HELP ME!! THANXS!!! KATE
