i need some serious help. i eat when i feel like it and i need some help to know how to lose the weight i put on. after i have been eating i do 10 mins of exercises. is that healthy. should i do it longer. if anyone could help me maybe some tips on exercising. do weight tapes like weight loss tapes help at all i need to know. P.S i am 5'6 155lbs Thanx to everyone how gives me advice
