Here are some Tips to lose some weight: 1 Drink Lots of water,it will help flush your body out 2 Exercise alot, Walking at a fast, steady pase is good 3 while your walking, if you get tired, push yourself, because that is when you burn the most calories 4 To figure out how many calories you should eat a day, take the weight you want to be and multiply it by 12 that is how many calories you should eat a day , if you want to lose weight. ( the weight you want to be should only be about 20 lbs less than you are now) example : 180 * 12 = 2160 calories 5 In the begining, when your trying to lose weight, set your goals low, like maybe 15 lbs to start with 6 If you get hunger pains in the begining,they will go away in a week or two 7 Weigh your self only once or twice a week 8 Remember If you drink a lot of water, about 3-5 lbs of your weight is water weight I hope these tips help you to reach your weight loss goals. bye - byes ;)
