i have been trying to lose weight for about a year now. about 2 years ago, i lost lots of weight by starving myself and gained it all back. now, i'm trying to cut out almost all junk food. i also exercise 30 minutes almost everyday on treadmill, stairclimber, and jump rope. the sad thing is that i still haven't lost any weight!! i eat 3 times a day and a snack between lunch and dinner. i need an advice on what i might be doing wrong. Thank you!
