hi my name is Jes im 17 yrs old, i weigh 128lbs and im 5'5 i would really like to lose weight bcuz im goin to a new skool next year and i wanna look good. mainly i wanna work on my thighs. so i just wanted to know if ne one thinks this would work if i went bike riding every morning for like 30mins and plus i go swimming like 3x a week and if i ate healthier. would that work?? well if ne one has ne better suggestions i would like to hear frum yah thankx
