If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From ??????, Age 15 i have a question if i walk on a treadmill for 30 min. or more and 30 min on the stationary bike and some other exercises for thighs,arms,and some other stuff...(adds up to 1 hr. and a half) and eat like a cup of cerial for breakfast and a salad for lunch and whatever i normaly eat for dinner just less would i lose weight faster???? |
