HI. I WAS REALLY BIG, AND NOW I'M JUST BIG. I REALLY NEED HELP TO LOSE 40 POUNDS. I FEEL SO BAD AND OUT OF PLACE BECAUSE I'M OVER WIEGHT. CAN ANYONE HELP.
