If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Manda JH, Age 14 I've lost 9lbs in 3 weeks on the weight watchers diet. I'm also doing beachbody workout tapes 6 days a week (usually in the morning). ;-) I'm hoping to lose a lot more. I'm 158 1/2 now. So I've dropped down from 167 1/2. I'm feeling great. One piece of advice, JUST TRY.I really want to get down to at least 130. And depending how I look then, maybe to 117. To say I lost 50lbs. ;-) Wish me luck. |
