Hey does any one have a good toneing routine, with out killing yourself? I've already lost 15 lbs, but i need to be more toned because i'm still kinda flabby. I've been trying to lose weight for about a month now, I've lost 15 (Most of it's water weight) , but now I'm kinda stuck, I haven't really been exercising since i got back from vacation (a week ago). Over vacation I had Gained 4 lbs ( horrible i know) i'm suposed to be exercising 2 and a 1/2 hours a week and weight training 2-3 times a week , so if any body can give me advise on how to tone my thighs, tush , any stomach, I'd really apreciate it, Thanks much, Katie ;)
