OMG PPL WHAT IS GOING ON? ITS BEEN ANSWERED SO MANY TIMES THE WAY TO LOOSE WEIGHT IS TO CUT BAK ON YOUR FOOD, EXCERCISE EVEN IF ITS ONLY A LITTLE BIT , MAYBE LIKE A WALK OR SUMTHIN, U NEED TO TRY JUST TRY DONT JUST SAY O IM GUNNA LOOSE 5LBS B4 TOMARROW THATS WRONG PLEASE STOP COMPLAINING AND DO IT ALREADY I USED THIS BOARD TOO UNTIL SOMEONE WROTE SUMTHIN LIKE THIS AND I HAVE LOST 15LBS SINCE THEN BECAUSE I TRYED, U NEED TO TRY TOO!!!!!!!
