hey everyone... good luck ( i do not have any ) anyway i am tring to play vollyball and basketball durning school so far i have had vollyball 2 days and we have ran 8 laps around the gym ( it is BIG) anyway.... ( that is like 1 mile and more... and i have done 1 min wall sits and jumping for 1min and running up and down the gym like 5-7 times in 10-20 sec....and i am havin a hard time (we have done lots more running and using arm strenth...) anyway i need some help e-mail me sportsgrl_05@hotmail.com ( o i forgot to say 5'2 and like 1/2 or 3/4 and 130 12 years old 7th grade ) thanks good luck to everyone love kolleen
