If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Carrie, Age 15 hi everyone. i was feeling really bad about myself and my weight one day. ive tried many diets and stuff but i could never hold to them. so one day i just got out and went for a nice long walk. that was about 7 weeks ago. i have walked the same route every day and started to eat healthier. so far i have lost 13 pounds. i would like to loose another 13. i am almost 5 foot 9 inches and as of now i weigh 153 pounds (i started out as 166 pounds.) i wish you all sucsess with what you are doing!! |
