I just started dieting because I'm a 13 year old female that's 5'7" and weighs 140 lbs. I'm tired of having to always feel self consious and watched, I want to be comfortable with the way I look. I'm using the weightwatcher's point system. It's awesome! It really does work cause you can eat just about anything and still lose weight, because you are monitering the portions that you eat these things in and exercising to burn of the cals. Another trick I use is to only weigh myself once a week, this way I don't get disappointed if I don't see results the very next day. Well, I hoped I've helped motivate some of you out there.
