This message is to Aaron who said that Alex having breasts can't be a condition. Well you are WRONG!!!! Gynecomastia is a common disease of the male breast where there is a benign glandular enlargement of that breast at some time in the male's life. There is an unbalance ratio of androgen and estrogen levels in the man causing him to gain breast tissue. This has nothing to do with being fat. Although, obesity should not be confused with Gynecomastia. If you are very overweight fat can build around the chest area causeing the appearance of breasts. But male breasts is a disorder and I even know someone who has it. So before you post things on this board you should know what you are talking about!!!!
