please i need help desperately, im fat i got flabby stomach flabby legs,and flaby arms. i need help ddesperately, i cant even wear bathing suits thats how embarrased i am, i m scared to look in the mirror if no one will help me i will stop this the hard way who knows this might result into a tragedy
