If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From manda jh, Age 14 hey;-) To Rachel on how I lost 4 1/4 lbs: I'm on weight watchers and I swim 2 hours 5 days a week. I also went on a long bike ride (mountain biking) on one day that I didn't swim. I tried to eat all my fruits and stuff and tried mostly to stay away from junk food. ;-) Good luck to you. |
