I've got some great ways to exersize and reduce cravings that we all can learn to love. 1) Play Video games to reduce cravings. I know, it sounds funny, but you won't feel hungry at all by playing them! The best ones are RPGS like Final Fantasey, because their plots make you want to stay more and more. 2) Actually try in gym. Surprisingly, lots of kids want to lose weight, but they never try in Gym. I just realized that last year. You MUST try in gym, and when they want you to run, run all the way. It may seem hard at first, but you'll feel great once you can run for 10 minutes straight.
