If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Shaz, Age 13 Hey well done to all of you your all doing really well :) my question is do you think I will lose weight if I do excercise 3-4 times a week (aerobics,swimming,tennis and walking) and eat healthily and drink lots of water?I have been doing this for a wekk and your ment to lose 2-3lbs in the first week but I don't feel like I have lost any weight. Keep up the good work :)Shaz |
