If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Melanie, Age 12 Hey! I have wrote stuff like this lots of times but who cares this is really imporent. Ok so, I go for a 25 min. walk every day ( try to ) have gym in school 2 or 3 or more times a week, do 60 crunchs a day, weight training 2 times a week, clean my nans furiture 1 week, vancurn 1 week and so on. I started walking and crunchs 2 monuths ago weight training and my nans stuff 2 weeks ago but have only lost 6 pounds and gained but 3 or 4 ! I have not been very good with cuting down on food. I guess I will have to cut out all chocolate and cookies. But some one PLEASE, PLEASE help. |
