hi guys i have a friend who lost like 50 or 60 lbs in only like 4 or 5 months and i wanna share with u guys what he did! he ate healthy, small portions and he only drink an energy supplement for lunch then he played sports and lifted weights and did cardio and all that and now he looks great and is hotter than ever not to mention healthy he went from 200 to like 140-150 isnt that awesome!?!?! ~Sara~
