Message Replying To From Tru, Age 14 yo Im 14 and im 155lbs and 5'3 and my goal is 130 or 125.The stories I read earlier was SOOOO helpful. I have been on diets before and I notice if you eat school food you will GAIN weight its just a bunch of junk (tastes nasty anyways)so wut im gonna do is, stay away from school food,drink lots of water,lift weights,run,and eat healthy.Ill try to keep yall updated and thanks for the other stories~~1luv~~ |
