I need everyones help. I weigh 123 lbs and i am soo fat. please dont say im not because i sure look it. i am 5ft-5'1 something like that i need to loose like 20 lbs. i would like to loose it asap. i would appreciate it if u guys gave mes some tips and help and stuff please write back
