Message Replying To From Shayna, Age 12 Hi, im 12 yrs. old and im 120 lbs. I want to loose weight, but i hate exersize. How much exersize should i get everyday, and what kind works the best? I want to loose some weight to surprize my parents. I've got the "Healthy Eating" part down but i dont have the Exersize part down! HELP! |
