hey everyone how are u doing? i hope great!! well today has been a good day for me (eating wise) Breakfast-1/2cup of Great Grains w/Half a cup of whole milk + yoplaits whipped yougurt(strawberry mist, mah fav!) Snack-didn't have one wasn't hungry Lunch-Italian(skool italians are small) Snack- 1 lowfat granola bar(110CALS) and exactly one cup of whole milk (i measured for once hehe yay for me) and my mom portions my supper very well so i dont have to worry about that how dat sound ta ya?
