Ht. 5'2", Today: 136 lb - hey every1! i want to know if i could lose 10 pounds in three weeks by my eating plan:breakfast:toast,1 cup of milk and some veggies/lunch: fruit(maybe an orrange and a apple,with water/ supper: fruit or veggies,water, and maybe some dinner like a scoop of watever is made! tell me how that sounds and remember i weigh 136 and am 5"2 and i will be drinkin lots of water!!
