hey, i am worried about my weight. i used 2 b quite fat, i mean i looked fat (at least pretty chubby) but then i kinda dieted and got really skinny and all. but no i think i hav out a load of weight on, even tho i am the same dress size as wen i was skinny. i am scared 2 go on the scales and c how much i really weigh ( i am guessing around 8 stone) and i no that doesnt sound very much but believe me, i am short (about 5 ft 3/4) so every pound shows on me. do any of you know any ways i can lose weight fast??? or if not lose weight, look more toned? i am sure my parents wouldnt like me to be dieting, they didnt know that i was on a diet before and didnt really notice until i had lost more that a stone. so are they any good exercises that it dont take much time to do (fit in with school) and dont need any special equipment? thank you so much.
