Message Replying To From Hananh, Age 13 hi since everyones moaning about being overweight follow this Cut down on starchy carbohydrates such as bread cereal pasta and rice and replace it with fruit with a plain low fat yogurt and grapefruit juice which speeds up motabelism for breakfast salad sanwhich for lunch or baked beans on toast and fish or chicken with a salad for tea and don't snack on fatty sweets why not snack on fruit or low fat yogurts and if you can't live without chocolate plain dark chocolate is best. And go on a walk everyday or some sort of exercise and try doing sit ups and squats and plunges which tone the but and thighs. WHy not get an exercise visio aswell yoga and dance workouts are good and fun! |
